The conference «International Cooperation in a Changing World» was held on March 25-26, 2019 by the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and the International Discussion Club “Valdai” (Russia) in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of more than forty scientists and diplomats of Vietnam and Russia, as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov. The conference discussed the international and regional situation and the state of bilateral cooperation between Russia and Vietnam.
