The article provides an overview of the online conference towards the XIII Congress of the CPV, held by the Ho Chi Minh Institute of St. Petersburg State University. The conference reflected the main problems and challenges for Vietnam, identified in the preliminary materials of the congress. The speakers touched upon issues of international relations, economy, security, Russian-Vietnamese relations, social and cultural spheres.

В статье дан обзор онлайн-конференции навстречу XIII съезду КПВ, проведённой Институтом Хо Ши Мина СПбГУ. На конференции были отражены главные проблемы и вызовы для Вьетнама, обозначенные в предварительных материалах съезда. Выступавшие коснулись вопросов международных отношений, экономики, безопасности, российско-вьетнамских связей, социальной и культурной сфер.
