This is a review of “The Maritime and Island Culture of Northeast Vietnam”, a book by Vietnamese culture expert Tu Thi Loan, published by the Institute of Far Eastern studies (RAS) in Russian translation. The book contains a comprehensive overview of the culture of the coastal and island territories of Northeast Vietnam, showing the values of everyday life, of spiritual, artistic and ecological culture of the population of this region in historical perspective and nowadays. Having thoroughly studied this topic and appreciated the current state of protection and promotion of these values, the author proposes solutions to increase their efficiency in the socio-economic development of the coastal and island territories of the North east.
Даётся обзор книги авторитетного вьетнамского культуролога Ты Тхи Лоан «Культура населения прибрежных и островных территорий северо-востока Вьетнама», изданной Институтом Дальнего Востока РАН на русском языке в 2019 г. В книге всесторонне освещена культура жителей этого региона, показаны ценности жизни и быта, духовной, художественной, экологической культуры его населения в исторической перспективе и в наши дни. На основе глубокого изучения данной темы и оценки современного состояния охраны и продвижения этих ценностей автор предлагает решения для повышения эффективности их использования в социально-экономическом развитии прибрежных и островных территорий северо-востока.
