After 20 years of Vietnam’s connection to the global network the country has become one of the leading states with a “high level of interaction with the Internet.” Based on studies and assessments of the current situation related to the development of the network in Vietnam, the article provides an in-depth analysis of the multidimensional impact of the Internet on the cultural transformation of users. On a positive note, such changes affect the quality of life, living conditions, the processes of training and work, as well as the sphere of leisure and entertainment, thereby contributing to the development of culture and people in Vietnam. At the same time, the influence of negative trends can lead to the destabilization of the cultural and social spheres, which requires close attention and response.
Спустя 20 лет с момента подключения Вьетнама к Глобальной сети страна вошла в разряд ведущих государств с «высоким уровнем взаимодействия с Интернетом». На базе исследований и оценок текущей ситуации, связанной с развитием Сети в СРВ, в статье проводится углублённый анализ многомерного воздействия Интернета на культурную трансформацию пользователей. Отмечены позитивные аспекты подобных изменений в части улучшения качества жизни, включая сферу досуга и развлечений, условий быта, обучения, работы, что способствует развитию культуры и личности во Вьетнаме. Вместе с тем выявлены негативные тенденции, которые может привести к дестабилизации культурной и социальной сферы, что требует пристального внимания и принятия ответных мер.
