The article presents the results of the first Russian-Vietnamese scientific and practical conference "International cooperation in a troubled world", held by the Valdai discussion club together with the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in February this year. The author provides an overview of the discussion’s content, analizes the common positions and disagreements of the participants. The general conclusion is that such a forum is necessary for an open discussion of the problems and prospects of relations between Vietnam and Russia due to the dynamic changes of strategic situation in the world.
В статье представлены итоги первой российско-вьетнамской научнопрактической конференции «Международное сотрудничество в неспокойном мире», проведенной дискуссионным клубом Валдай совместно с Дипломатической академией Вьетнама в феврале с.г. Дан обзор содержания состоявшейся дискусии, показаны общие позиции и разногласия участников. Сделан итоговый вывод о том, что такой форум необходим для открытого обсуждения проблем и перспектив отношений между Вьетнамом и Россией в изменившейся стратегической обстановке в мире.
