The views and approaches to studying the accessibility of education are revealed, its main characteristics are considered, the main barriers that students face in the educational process are identified; the article provides information on the availability of education in Vietnam. The authors come to the conclusion that despite the fairly successful steps taken by the Vietnamese government, the problem of inequality in education is still far from being completely resolved. The article is based on data from international organizations and the results of sociological surveys, including those conducted with the participation and guidance of the authors.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В данной статье анализируется ситуация неравенства возможностей в образовании во Вьетнаме и его причины, а также даются комментарии и оценки воздействия некоторых программ поддержки и политики правительства СРВ по сокращению неравенства в образовательных возможностях в стране. Раскрыты взгляды и подходы к исследованию доступности образования, рассмотрены его основные характеристики, обозначены основные барьеры, с которыми сталкиваются учащиеся в процессе образования; представлены сведения о доступности образования во Вьетнаме. Авторы приходят к выводу, что, несмотря на предпринимаемые достаточно успешные шаги, проблема неравенства в образовании еще далека от своего полного разрешения.
