The article presents the labor policy commitments in the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union (EVFTA), analyzes the progress in amending the law related to Vietnamese labor according to the signed commitments, identify limitations and propose some solutions for effectively implementing the commitments in the EVFTA Agreement.

В статье представлены обязательства по трудовой политике в Соглашении о свободной торговле между Вьетнамом и Европейским союзом (EVFTA), анализируется прогресс во внесении поправок во вьетнамское трудовое законодательство в соответствии с принятыми СРВ обязательствами, определяются ограничения и предлагаются некоторые решения для эффективной реализации обязательств по соглашению EVFTA.
